There are 8 (chinese Lucky number) pictures in this series. The one that turned out most symbolic is: OXFORD CIRCUS- Firstly, notice how the lamp post resembles a gigant cross, to reflect on those who sadly departure during this worldwide transformation.- On the other hand also, and a subject I'll discuss separately, one can understand it as the death of consumerism and retail as we know it. Something brands have been discussing and suffering for long and are now forced to face.
Taken on Sunday 22nd of March, just before the Lockdown. I went for a bike ride with a Samsung Gear 360 camera to explore some of the busiest places in London which are now temporarely deserted. The rest of locations are:Picadilly Circus, Tottenhan Court Road, Hoxton Sq, Liverpool Street StationSpitalfield Market, St Leonard's Church Kingsland Road & Boxpark Shoreditch House.
